FIT is the North American distributor of Kosher certified Jiliding Fish Gelatin, which carries the certification of the Badatz and OK. This certification is accepted by all mainstream kosher organizations such as OU, Kof-K, Star-K, OK. The gelatin is made exclusively from Tilapia scales in a dedicated kosher facility.
We offer Kosher Marine Gelatin in a variety of gel strengths from 200 to 280 Bloom and particle size 8 mesh to 60 mesh. Our Kosher Fish Gelatin is sold by the 20 kg (44lb ) cardboard drum or by the pallet, FOB our warehouse Philadelphia, PA.
